Altoverra does not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under the age of 13, or equivalent minimum age in the respective jurisdiction.

If Altoverra learns that we have personal information on a child under the age of 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, we will take steps to delete that information from our systems. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may contact us as set forth below.

Processing Information on Behalf of Our Customers

Our customers may choose to use our Services to process certain data of their own, which may contain personal information. Such personal information that is processed by us on behalf of our customers, and our privacy practices will be governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Notice applies to California consumers and supplements the Privacy Policy.

You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use the Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.

We have updated our Privacy Policy. If You are a new User, then this Privacy Policy will be effective as of October 22, 2022. If You are an existing User, we are providing you with prior notice of these changes which will be effective as of November 5, 2022.
